I’m Bonnie
I created Foundations for Living Well because I was just like you.
I spent my whole life fighting my anxiety and trying to navigate the challenges of having big dreams while being held back every day by the constant anxious chatter, overthinking, and self-sabotage.
I was a high achiever and did well in school and at work. I loved to learn and grow and explore but I was often debilitated by my anxiety and overthinking, keeping me from living the life of my dreams and even being comfortable in my own body and mind.
So I set off on a mission to learn everything I could about myself and about natural healing modalities such as yoga, meditation, mindset, breath work, adventure, connecting with nature and creating a life that would facilitate self-healing and personal growth…
In my search to master everything about myself and understand the ways of the universe, I was able to step into a level of alignment and personal power I never thought possible. I was able to create a life for myself that would allow me to travel the world on my own, jump into any challenge I chose to take on, and ultimately befriend my anxiety so as to use it to my advantage rather than letting it control me.
So, I put together a program to teach my signature methodology that has allowed me to completely transform myself and my life. That is how Foundations for Living Well was born.

My transformation story
For as long as I have known, I struggled with debilitating anxiety. At age 15 I was diagnosed with severe social anxiety and generalized anxiety. I took on the identity and gave in to the belief that this was simply who I am and anxiety would always be a part of my story and something I struggle with.
After graduating college, I hit a breaking point and fell into a deep depression. I felt hopeless, confused, and worn out. I had tried therapy and medication and neither felt like a long term solution for me. There was something missing. I was sick of not feeling in charge of my own life. In an attempt to break free of myself, I bought a ticket to Europe for a 5 month backpacking trip.
This was the beginning of my self-healing discovery journey that took me all over the world and into areas of study that I had never explored before.
I studied yoga, meditation, and pranayama in India and travelled all around SE Asia learning about spirituality and mindfulness. I ended up going back to school and earning a degree in wilderness and outdoor therapy and then continued on to become certified in teaching trauma-informed yoga. I threw myself all in to learning and growth. By shifting my lifestyle, I shifted my very experience of life.
I became obsessed with personal development, spiritual awakening, and living the most optimized possible. My achieving tendencies allowed me to throw myself deeply into learning everything I possibly could and now I cannot wait to share what I have learned. It's changed EVERYTHING about my experience of life and I know it will change yours too
how it works
When you sign up to work with me, we’ll start off with a one-on- one phone call to talk about your goals and challenges.
From there, we will develop a customized plan to move you through the following steps:

Recognize the story that is holding you back
In week 1, we break down the mental blocks and beliefs that are currently holding you hostage.
We will recognize self-sabotage, self-limiting beliefs, and anxious patterns that are keeping you from living with ease, comfort, and alignment.
You will learn about what anxiety is and why it is there so that you can start to implement strategies designed to regulate and calm your nervous system without beating yourself up for feeling how you feel.

Programming Your Mind For a New You
You'll rewrite your own story to begin the process of rewiring neural pathways.
This is a scientific methodology that will show you how to shape your mindset and perspective so you feel equipped to step into the person that you WANT and CHOOSE to be.
You will connect with your greatest desires for how your life could look like and you will take action to start making this dream a reality.
All with support and encouragement so you aren’t questioning what to do and how!

make a routine
We will identify which habits are a top priority and you will choose the spots in your daily or weekly routines that fit best.
You will also set yourself up for success by learning why it’s hard to maintain habits and how we can create systems to reinforce them and make them more automatic.
We talk through different strategies so you feel confident in implementing new habits and maintaining them long-term.
You will also have support and accountability through it all to keep you on track.

Nourishment
You learn about the different forms of nourishment (nutrition, hydration, expression, connection to nature) and the impact they have on your health and wellness.
You become aware of what is draining you of energy and what is giving you energy; that way, you can bring in more of what lights you up and place boundaries around what isn’t serving you.
You begin to develop mindfulness tools around the basics so that you feel empowered to make choices that support your well- being.

refining your new life
You learn how to build a step-by-step action plan that you can implement on low days or downward spirals.
You have daily and weekly routines that are actively helping you step into alignment with who you ARE. You enjoy a sense of confidence around your ability to support yourself and work through anxious thoughts and overwhelm.
You feel safe resting and taking time for self-care, knowing that it will only increase your productivity.

Foundations for Living Well is a 90-day, high-touch coaching program that gives you 1-on-1 support to help you achieve your specific goals in a way that jives with your busy schedule.
